SE what is your support team doing?
Srsly what? even your communication team seems like to lack some work,I can't find any useful info what is going on expect 1017 in game. I don't think an apology with " thanks for your understanding" can fix this. This is my first experience with your company and i must say I am really disappointed you just keep giving us informations about paid transfer CE items and another pointless things. I think you kinda miss main point "PEOPLE CAN'T PLAY" Well I don't know why am I even writing this when there is not even 1% chance that you will read it. Anyway if this continue 1 or 2 day from full launch you can bet that you will lose a lot of money only because you lack experience to deal with customers :)
And oh if you didnt know CANT LOG ON EXCALIBUR.
