Where's my goobbue?

My goobbue mount is missing. Any ideas where I might look for it?

Have you checked with the calamity salvager?

I went to the Calamity Salvager and he had nothing for me.

I don't have the horn in my inventory but I do show the gobbue icon in my mount area and can drag it into one of my bars. but when i click it, it says Unauthorized to Summon Mount or something like that.

Have any of you managed to summon yours? What's going on?

My wife is having this issue too.

It looked like the calamity salvager only had a boatload of crafting materials, but it's possible I missed the goobbue in skimming through it. I did get my legacy chicken, and a couerl mount. I'm not authorized for the chicken (because of GC quests, I think), but the couerl works fine. I had to use the item to unlock it, then it's accessible under Actions and Traits > Mounts.

I take it all back.

The calamity salvager had my company chocobo and my goobbue, and all mounts work fine. And if you're having trouble with them, remember you can't use mounts inside the city.

Well still no Gueboo to travel and even worse did the quest for the Unicorn and that is just the same.
The Horns vanish and are not in the inventory or calamity salvage guy.
The Action & traits show a bright Icon lightened up where dragging them to the hot bar they go dull.. click them and I get a "Unautherised" message.
Had this fault since phase 4 Beta for the Gueboo but now with the Unicorn things are getting bad .. still no reply to the ticket or the in game help request ?
