Something that would help a lot with the servers getting full and staying that way for so long would be have an auto kick/log out of all the afker's/ idlers after like 15-30 minutes of inactivity. A lot of the congestion problem is caused by these inactive people. I believe if you all implement this that a lot of the congestion problems would be eradicated like in other heavy fan based MMO's.
