I must say I find it quite interesting how many more threads/posts there are in the English technical support forum, in contrast to the Japanese technical support. +1500 threads vs 4.
Either the JP servers are working perfectly fine without any problems what so ever, or the Japanese just sit back and trust this "fine" company will solve all problems, like how they all stand in queue waiting for instances, compared to us all hammering the login/enter button till we get in :)
I don't give a damn what the Japanese are doing. Their servers aren't nearly as packed as ours and even if they were their culture nurtures a false apologetic nature. They may be pissed to high heaven but they won't make a big stink about it nearly because they usually are not as vocal as we are in the West.
Oh yeah, they actually have Dev to player COMMUNICATION. No middle man to go through to hastily translate anything.
The Japanese just form orderly lines in game to do everything and aren't overloading servers trying to use the duty finder more than it's able.
It's a combination of not having as overloaded servers and the Japanese having a different culture.
