can't access CE items ? account issues ???....

hey guys,

started a early access account and played that character(lord riclamin) up to level 15

then i got my CE game with the new registration code, so i put in the registration code to get my collectors edition items. (helm of light etc.)

but now when i start FF XIV-2 it asks me if i want to play my first subscription(early access) or second(collectors edition) ? because of this i would have to start a new character on the collectors edition account just to get the items ?

am i missing something ? or is this an issue ?

It seems that you've created the new (second) SE service account when redeeming the CE items code rather than attaching it to the existing EA one ...
