Question for having both PC and PS3 copies of the game

Please, maybe someone knows this or have the same issue.

I bought the PS3 copy from PSN store for early access. I set up as FFXIV account #1.

I also had PC collection edition I only played for few days in original 1.0 period. Somehow the account was set up as FFXIV account #2.

Right now I am trying to combine both accounts all under the account #1. So I can play on both PS3 and PC by using the same character.

But it won't let me do it. says the PC version is already registered.

Anyone knows the solution?

SE is offering a one-time account delink for those in just your situation.

Despite the link say "EU" in it, that is the url to use for both EU and NA help for this matter. Just click the "Additional Assistance" button there, and it'll auto direct you to he correct area to submit it.
