Intro Movie freezes

I can click on the Start button and since its my first time playing the intro movie starts playing. About halfway through the video itself freezes, the audio, and the on screen text still continues as normal. I've tried rewatching it multiple times and it constantly freezes in the same spot. I've let it run its course and waited until the audio and text stopped but it just sits there with the clip that it froze on.

Is there anyway to skip the intro movie? I honestly don't want to redownload the client/patches. I've had enough issues with those.

I've also tried removing the "movie" folder from the FF folder but that doesn't do any good. Instead of the movie starting it just doesn't do anything at all so I put it back. I was hoping the updater would redownload it for me or the movie would just be skipped but neither of those are the case.

Try pressing Esc on your keyboard twice. You may have to download the client again.
