hi, does anyone have any idea how you can get all 90 days worth of subscription rewards now?

in the last letter they said

All you need to do is pay for the appropriate subscription and you'll get the items via Moogle.

However, it doesn't seem like they're taking payments right now, which is a damn shame.

It's because you currently have "Remaining Days" left on the account. Once those "Remaining Days" are gone, the payment will start.

*sigh* I would gladly pay now if it meant I could finally re-create my character like I was supposed to during phase 4.
