Registration Code for PC Version

I want to subscribe to the game, but I cannot because I have no service account. I go to Mogstation and under my account it only says

I tried to add Windows Service to it, but my code did not work. I ordered a digital copy from Amazon and I got my pre-order code and pre-order items. I also got the early access code for the Windows PC version and have been playing early access.

Am I suppose to use another code different from the early access code? Or should it work?
