Dear Square Enix,
Please listen to reason and realize what is going on. The servers are over populated and people that moved to these servers didn't know these problems would occur or they would of gladly chosen another server.
Do you expect people to pay for a game they won't be able to play when they get home from work during peak hours ?
You MUST open another free server transfer immediately and open more fresh servers.
I agree. If i had known that the US servers were going to be unplayable, I would have left my character on the JP servers. In my mind it's a simple fix; open new servers and allow players on overpopulated servers to transfer to them. This will also help players to get on the same server as their friends. I've played many MMO's with the same overpopulation problem in the past and this has always been their solution. Not simply locking players out entirely; that just seems like bad business.
Not going to lie, this seems the most logical response. That being said, perhaps they cant open more servers because the lack the physical requirements (servers, HDD space, memory, bandwidth, and all those other things that go into it). Honestly though, its been an average MMO launch. Not complaining too much, I've seen MUCH MUCH worse.
