[PS3] code no longer valid (pre-order and retail case)

I bought my game from one of the listed online stores that square-enix suggested. Both my pre-order promotional code and the retail registration codes were successfully added to my members account. The PS3 codes were given to me via the pre-order registration webpage (square-enix pre-order website) and the retail version on the back of the installation manual that came inside the case. Both of those PS3 codes according to the Playstation Network are no longer valid.

I did not get to take part in early access at all (not that big a deal to me) and it seems like I won't get my pre-order bonuses either. And now it looks like I won't even get to play on the day of the official release regardless of the status of the world servers.

The only means of receiving customer support (according to the support website) is through their email system which has yet to resolve my situation with the pre-order and I have little hope that they'll do any better on my retail version.

I am so infuriatingly frustrated that I've come full circle and have become calm once more. Right now, I'd just like some definitive answers as to what went wrong and how they plan to make things better.

My early access code worked but sadly I have the same issue with my retail version, which I got in the mail today. Have you heard anything from them yet?

Same problem here. I'm hoping it's just the time differences where I live, so i'm going by that Arrstatus.com website countdown thing for now. If it's still not working for me after that time.... Then i'll start worrying a lil.

I suppose it would make sense that the game as to be considered as "released" on the PSN side of things before we can apply them...

Not a word and it's been well over 48 hours since the auto-reply letting me know that they received my ticket.

Perhaps. If that's the case, then I would wonder at what time would the Playstation Network start considering the codes valid? Well hopefully by 2am PDT.

Well I decided it was time to go to the other end of the chain and went to the CS chat line at Sony Online Entertainment. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do to resolve this on their end and suggested I contact Square-Enix. They were nice enough to provide me with the phone number which is pretty much my last course of action at this point. Still no word via email and since it's past 6pm now, I'll have to wait until 9am tomorrow.

Welp, back to doing a whole lot of not playing this game. :P

Mine works now! I found another post that said the codes don't get activated until 1 PM PDT today. I got home from work, put in the same code, and it went. Life is good :)
