Just another drop in the 1017 bucket.

So I know everyone and their moogle is posting about the 1017, but I just wanted to vent here. I work at one of the many retailers that will be selling this, and I'm worried for customers. If this is happening with Pre-orders, tomorrow's going to be a nightmare!

What's the point of early access for pre-orders if no one can get on? And yeah, I know, 'play on a server that isn't full or locked'. What about those characters we created with friends and played on Saturday? We can't move them, and I'm not about to start over with strangers.
