Did they actually add 'Primals' to the trade in list?

Some people during Phase 4 were trying to pull the "Don't be a noob just work for them" BS, which is a stupid attitude because I do already have some, and I will work for more, but I think that since SE told us we were going to be able to turn in cracked material inlaid 1.0 gear for primal weapons we should be able to. Now, I haven't been able to go on for "Early Access", but since they weren't there Phase 4 I thought I'd ask...

They weren't on the list yesterday. Just armor / accessories / a few crafting mats.

please, please make do on what you say. I don't want Darklight, its useless to me, I don't need the accessories or the dang crafting mats. The was the only thing I could even use that made up for this materia exchange junk were the primal weapons, and now you're not making them available to us.
