So i've spent 110 $ just on the physical game (2 copies) and i've been unable to login all day . All that I ask is some sort of update on what is being planned for the login limitations. I would rather the instance servers be down and be able to login than never at all. Please SE love this game and i don't want it to fail.
Yea seriously, at least give us some word of whats going on. Or let us play on JP servers and transfer later, I dont see this being fixed by launch tomorrow.
The problem is all the people who log in and never log out...and SE incentivising the behavior with 1017 errors. Post in this thread and get SE to make a real solution to the problem, not a patch fix like 1017.
Please give an update on what is planned at least to give us some hope. Apologies are not helping. Are you adding more servers? Is it a system issue? Are login restrictions still in place? We haven't heard about login restrictions since yesterday. And launch isn't even here yet. I can only assume things are working as intended since we don't hear otherwise which means it will be even worse tomorrow. Just an update please.
