As others have pointed out the JP servers are just fine. So go ahead and reroll on a JP server. Let's migrate a whole bunch of people over there.
Maybe if we're lucky we'll be able to cause a 1017 error on the JP servers... and just maybe that will help "ease" the congestion since there's not enough servers in the NA/EU center.
