PSN page for PS3 digital download missing?

I went to get my PS3 code from PSN earlier after making sure there were no other places I could get it from as my PS3 won't read discs and I already have the client downloaded from P4. When I went to buy the download it said that I wasn't eligible and then when I came back to it later it came up with the page was not avaliable, same link and everything (https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwo...00020000000000). Does anyone know anywhere else I can get a code or what's going on? I search for FFXIV and it won't even show up on the playstation store at all!! :mad:
