FIX For BT / EE Throttle problems (port forward FF14)

I have fixed my BT throttle problem by simply forwarding the ports in the router

please see the following guide for what to do (it's very easy)

This will work if you do it correctly (don't mess up the TCP/UDP, and forward all ports correctly)
