Cannot turn-in several quests after done

So far, when I go to turn in these 4 quests: Incense and Sensibility, Quarrels with Squirrels, Essential Oil, and Population Control; it won't let me. I have completed them and the dialogue box comes up to accept the rewards, but the 'Complete' bar is greyed out and I can't click it.

Try selection one of the OPTIONal rewards...
