Bought the game, but I'm not seeing the 30 days playtime I should have gotten.

I looked on mog station and it's telling me I have play time till the 15th.

Check if you have a second service account. That's what they did to me except I now have 3.

How would I check? I see "FINAL FANTASY XIV 1" next to "account status", so I assume I have only the one service account.

Yup. You only have 1 service account, that's like mine.

If you intend to use same character/account across Windows and PS3 (at any one time) DO NOT register/add another service account!

Yeh, i had a minor heart attack when I logged into Mog Station yesterday and it showed three days left. SE had actually sent me a second email with a registration code, you need to add this registration code to your service account and then bam, you get +30 days, plus the coeurl mount and a couple of other thingies I forgot about already.

Can only speak from new product perspective. You need to go to the "Mog Station" link from Lodestone and add your PS3/Windows platform to your acct. There should be a button that says add platform. This should add the actual PS3 or Windows platform to the acct that you logged in to. You will be asked to input your registration code and then it adds the 30 days to your acct. When I did this it add the 30 days to my 2 days and now says 32 days.

Yeah, I owned the 1.0 collectors edition first,so when i go to add a platform, it tell's me it can't cause I haven't activated something on the playstation network....PC Master race, and pwn'd cause of it.
