World is full? No queue? Acknowledged?

So lets ignore that someone completely dropped the ball with the allowed amout of players per server vs how many they let join a server.. Why does the queue never work? Have they deactivated it? Of is it just malfunctioning? Has se even acknowledged this yet? The queue not activating I mean. I wanna see a post or something at least let us know you are aware and working on it? Honestly the world being full is only a minor inconvenience so long as the queue is working... Without? Never getting online.
