Friends and Player Improvements

Friends:

• Notifications - add an option that notifies us when a friend logs on or off.
• Visual Identification - add some way to make it apparent when a friend is nearby. One idea could be a specially colored dot on the mini-map. Another could be a special icon next to their name.
• Offline - people have mentioned this already, but allow us to add friends who are offline. I also know that one reason they gave for not doing this is to prevent gil sellers, but there's got to be a better solution than that.

Troublemakers:

• Blacklisting - right-click->Blacklist Player, works on either their name in chat or the physical player themselves.
• Reporting - right-click->Report Player, then give a list of reasons such as spam, gil seller, bot, harassment, etc.
