Character is not showing up in the character selection menu.

Well as the title indicates.. I'm having issues with one of my characters not showing up in the character selection menu. The character that went missing is called Makiguso Taro from server Cerberus. This is how my current character list looks like.

As you can see there is only one of my characters showing up.

How can I tell Makiguso Taro is not deleted?
First of all I tried to recreate Makiguso Taro and pick the exact same server and I noticed that the server already recognized one character being active on server Cerberus (and I was unable to use the same name). Also while trying to setup my forum account it requested me to choose my main character as my avatar.

Clearly my main character is still somewhere in the database but it's just not showing up in the character selection menu. I submitted several tickets regarding this issue but I haven't heard word ever since. I wasn't sure if I submitted this issue in the right category so I submitted two last Sunday with different categories (Deleted character / Other). Ticket numbers are below:
2585499 (Open)
2583299 (Waiting for response)
2571853 (Open)

Yah, one of my friend is having this issue. I put in a ticket for him last night and got a reply back today saying that the maintenance fixed it, well looks like it didn't fix it.

Seriously? I have been waiting for days to get a single response regarding this issue, how did you manage to get your ticket answered so fast? :D
Anyhow is your friend still having this problem or are you just assuming the problem still exists 'cause my character is still missing?

I really want to continue playing Makiguso Taro and so far I have missed two days of Phase 4 and all the early access days.

Don't know how it was answered so fast, but I know his is still missing cause he just let me know on facebook about it still being gone.

According to your screenshot, you're only showing the character you have on Phoenix. If you click the WORLD button at the top, and cycle down to Cerberus, your "missing" character should appear there.

The character select screen does not show all of your characters, only those on the World you've selected.
