Error 1017 - Can we Xfer from JP to NA?

Hello

Much like everyone trying to play Final Fantasy 14 I am stuck with a 1017 code, personally I do not care if I have to play on a JP server for a couple of weeks until the NA servers are fixed.

BUT!!!I do not want to play on them forever and most importantly I do want to play right now.. I can play JP right now!

Could we get some answer from SE staff that we are safe to do this and world transfer back at a later date? just to be able to enjoy the game.

Note: I do know we will be able to world transfer at a later point, however is this excluded to NA -> NA or can we go to JP -> NA.

Anyone else have some feedback/support on this?

I would like chars be on seperate server then choose a server per game.

I also wouldnt mind playing on another server just to be able to play.

Agree with this, I havent been able to connect at all this weekend sigh. But JP server work fine.
