Was fine all day but now...?

I've been playing on Phoenix (EU) literally all day now and I had just redeemed my CE items and logged out and back in again to receive them and now all of a sudden everyone's doing the whole stop-start movement and I'm not able to interact with anything and everything has a 30+ second delay?!

I seriously hope this isn't because non-EA people are starting to come on now because this is a joke, I've even finally met up with a friend of mine who only started playing a couple days ago and it's near-impossible to play with him because his character either doesn't move, or just speeds off instantly away from me! Finding him on the map isn't any better either since his blue dot jumps about everywhere and most of the time I can't even find him where his blue dot says it is!

I was just about to go and do some more quests with my new little Baby Behemoth Minion when all this sh** started happening... doesn't look like I'm gonna be able to do it now, brilliant.

You have to relog, it'll solve the problem, I had this yesterday.
