Legacy Items

I started a new char on another server because I couldn't log onto Hyperon. When I logged on I got the mail for my legacy items on behemoth but, not on Hyperon. Can you only get the items on one char? If so is there any way to move them to the correct char on the right server? They both have the same name on both servers.

I've gotten them on every character I've made. I'm not sure what the issue is.

Ok. I was getting worried because I have made 2 chars and I haven't seen the mail yet on either one of them. Maybe its just taking forever to come down through the pipe with all the server congestion? Thanks
