ERROR 90000 & ISSUE 1017

Got online (today Monday, Aug 26, 2013)
Played for 30 mins and Error 90000.
I re-connected, got a Queu window (for 5 secs) then a following window saying:
"This World is currently full. Please wait until an opening is available and try again."
Error/Issue 1017

I have tried several times now and never get into Queu just this automated message..
How am I supposed to know when an opening is going to happen?
When can e play?

I can't login online early because I work!
Arrive home hoping to enjoy this game and get this error over and over again!

Sunday: I was not able to login AT ALL.
Saturday: was a war of maintenances and server downs more than up.

Any hopes?

What happened to the Queu system??
Was the queu taken out?
