Mouseover heal & other macro help

So I did my google searching and I tried all the mouse over heal macros but they're not working. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm an arcanist and I used
/ac "Psychik" <mo>

and the way I use it is put the button on my hot bar, press it, then move my mouse cursor over my party member. Nothing happens and I get an error in the system messages. What am I doing wrong here?

Additionally, the pet commands /ac "Sic" <t> never seem to work either.
If anyone has links/tips for this that actually work please help!

Mouseover means if your cursor is pointing but not click and press the hotkey will gonna execute the command. Im gonna give you a macro that you can use that is really helpful for healers.

/ac "Psychik" <mo>
/ac "Psychik" <t>
/ac "Psychik" <me>

*the priority of this one is mouseover, second if your cursor isnt on a target party member but you select a party member it will cure that member. and lastly if you dont have anything selected and you dont have anything mouseover then it will cure yourself. Hope that will help you.

Just tried it out and it keeps saying "The command Psysik was used incorrectly"
I had this same error before as well...why does this keep happening to me (´；ω；｀)
