Free Company Chest question

There are 3 settings for chest usage. Full, Leader, and None.

What does "Leader" mean? What I want to try and do is have members of the FC be able to donate items to the chest freely, but need Leader permission to take things out.

Players are wanting to dump gil into the chest, but they keep saying they can't. The only way they can is with the "Full" setting, but if I do that, they can just as easily remove the gil at any time.

From what I was told by someone in game, a Leader can only see items. Not donate or take them. I would suggest having anyone that wants to donate gil mail it to you and you put it in yourself. That's what I'm doing.

I don't know why they didn't give more options with this.
