NO Early Access Items

With all the items being sent out early Ive noticed I do not have early access items yet I preordered and have codes and everything yep not mog hat or doll also have a ticket in to support about this very issue as well

Log out, and log back in.

The items populate upon log in.

Shouted this for about 2 hours for people.

My bf has tried this multiple times and it has not worked. We both preordered CE for 1.0 and 2.0 and I got all my items this morning.

They said STARTED sending out..You may just not have it YET.

Their not all sent out yet. So CHI-LAX

ok let me give all info I have gotten my CE items but now early access everyone else is getting at same time so thus i should have both but i only have one not the others

i was loged out before they even sent them thus i loged in HAVE CE items no EA items i swear I know what Im saying
as well as logging into Mog Station and EA items not even listed there so thus WERE they go and why didnt i get them Im not preordering another game ~_~

Still no word from my support inquiry or on here SOB just go and preorder yet another copy and get them that way *grumbles*
