didn't get my pre-order items

didn't get my pre-order items from the Collector´s Edition" (PC Download),i only get the 2 normal items.
what can i do here,didnt get no codes in the pre-order mail:confused:

You will get another email with the final product code. Right now everyone is only registered for early access. When we receive our final codes we will be able to register them at the Mog Station, and CE players will receive their CE items.

There are also those of us who preordered CE for 1.0 who should automatically get the items without entering a code. Not sure how to fix that problem....
