When can we start playing on 27th?

At what hour on 27th we can start playing? (also what time zone), I want to know when I will be able to login to the servers.

The way things are going, nobody will be able to log in tomorrow.

Ok forgot about that, I just checked and I can login and play :D (I am on Japanese data center ;) ) So happy <3

Pretty sad that I have to tell my friends they can't play with me and shouldn't bother buying the game at the moment because not only are the servers locked, but even if they HAD a character it wouldn't be able to get in.
