1.0 CE account holder question

From what I was seeing if you has a 1.0 CE ver of the game you get the 2.0 CE items source here http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com...96bf81c212957d

Now I have a 1.0 CE account but I did not get the items in the mail and from my understanding all you needed to do to confirm that you had a 1.0 CE was to register the code that gives you the Onion Helm.Was I told wrong or was there something else I needed to do?

Also would I not get the Cait Sith Doll Minion" and "Mog Cap for Pre-Ordering and having the game over a year ago?

If I'm not mistaken, none of the 2.0 CE items will be available until after the official launch. The only items that people are reportedly getting today (which I have not personally been able to confirm or deny since I'm at work currently), are pre-order bonus items (which you would not be getting as someone who only had the 1.0 CE).

I was a 1.0 CE person myself, and had to pre-order another copy of the game just to get early access and those bonus items. Not worth it especially given the server issues, but didn't have any option but to wait for official launch, and I have no patience for that sort of thing lol.

A little off topic but I'm wondering do we (1.0 CE non-legacy) people have to do anything to be able to play without having to purchase the game?

same here 1.0 CE and didnt get anything, and they said we will get the 2.0 CE since we have 1.0 CE.

When will I receive my pre-order bonus code and/or in-game bonus items for the Collector's Edition?

The pre-order bonus items "Cait Sith Doll Minion" and "Mog Cap" as well as the Collector's Edition bonus items "Helm of Light," "Coeurl Mount," "Behemoth Barding," and "Baby Behemoth Minion" will be delivered via the Moogle Letter when you log in after the game officially launches.

Please be aware that the bonus items will not be delivered during phase 4 of the Beta Test or during the Early Access period.

For non-legacy access - You can use the same Beta phase 4 software to access the game. If you don't have it, you can find places to download it.
