Hi,
I know there are restictions on the number of posts based on character level for every thread but technical support.
However I now have two characters level 10+ and I still seem unable to even reply to any thread anywhere, let alone start my own. Is this normal?
The "main" character set in my profile is level 11 so that shouldn't be an issue either.
