1.0 account holders who purchased the physical PC CE get the shaft?

I don't want to have to buy the digital upgrade when I already paid for the in game items. Can a dev please respond to this?

I've only bought 1.0 and got a canceled pre-order code from amazon, and got all the CE / Preorder items about 10 minutes ago.

You bought the 1.0 CE right? I'm talking about us who bought the physical ARR pc CE, which has the in-game item codes tied to the game disc, and you can't register two game discs to one account.

My understanding is that if you were a 1.0 account holder, C.E. or not, you do not have to buy a copy of the game, period. We will have until Sept. 9th to register our payment information to set up a sub. Maybe I missed something? I ordered the physical collectors ed anyway, just for the non-virtual items, but I can't register the included codes that come with. If I'm off-base on these assumptions, someone else chime in.

yes its ture if u have V.1 and u bought the ce V.2 physical box for the Pc u can not upgrade your V.1 account if u put the code in it just gives u a second accout instead, the only way u can upgrade V.1 is to Upgrade Digi when they put the web page up for it

I know that, I just want to get the in-game items I paid for without having to drop another 20 bucks for the digital upgrade.

They should be giving out free digital upgrades to those with 1.0 accounts who bought the PC ARR CE then. I really hope I get a response to this here, their customer support doesn't have correct information half the time.

But how hard can it be to make it so u enter the code and it upgrades to V2 from v1 it can't be that hard
