Item Level 5 Legs? (Ul'dah)

Alright, I'm in need of some guidance. My PUG is level 9 and has been running all around Ul'dah and the surrounding area in search of a quest that will award level 5 legs. I have level 5-8 of every other slot I need (head/chest/gloves/feet), but the only quest I can find is the one that requires level 5 of each slot.

Did I miss a set of quests somewhere? Maybe I outleveled it and it doesn't show on the map anymore?

Just buy a pair from the shop and carry on leveling and you'll be fine.

Can`t get it by quest, you need to buy it.

And for anyone else wondering about this, don't waste your gil on the level 8 legs... You'll get some as a quest reward shortly afterward.

some time you get better stuff and cheaper then the in game shops have
