Same problem here!
Even if you get it you probably won't be able to get on the servers, I've been waiting since Saturday to get back on with no luck T_T
having same problem, was sent a order conformation #, but none as far as a pre-order code...... my friend said even if we did have our codes, we may still not get in, cause launch wasn't going so well :(
update: ok, my problem is fixed, so i'm installing the game now
