Check your moogle mail. Someone else said you have to log out and log back in for the items to show.
Tried the relogging trick. Gave me pre order items. Not CE. I pre ordered my collector's edition from Greenman.com if there's any correlation.
I have seen people in game with the moogle cap, cait sith pet and 20% EXP Helm of Light and Baby Behemoth pet. Wondering if these are only those that pre-ordered from places like Amazon etc that deliver physical boxes to you a day before release. I purchased the Digital Download CE from square enix eu store.
