Game has become unplayable with crashes

It seems I`m stuck in Uldah. I can log in fine no problems, but the second I get connected, "FFXIV has stopped working". If I`m luckily enough to actually get in, then as soon as I zone or run a few feet... "FFXIV has stopped working".

This is most noticeable in Uldah, as I`ve been crashing for the past hour, non stop. But since Phase 4, I`ve randomly crashed with the message "FFXIV has stopped working".

All my drivers, and bios are up to date.
