Duty finder working yet on NA/EU?

With all the problems yesterday, I took the day off to do family stuff.
I logged in this just now and although it's nice that I'm able to get ingame... it doesn't seem my duty finder is working yet? Has it been resolved, or is it just me?
I'm supposed to do Tam-Tam dungeon to progress my story, but the option isn't there when I hit duty finder option :(

Have you spoken with the guard outside the dungeon? That's when it unlocks in your duty finder, not once you receive the quest.

Logged in this morning and the duty finder was working fine.
