opening movie problem

I actually have a non-login related problem (crazy, I know).

The opening video is a black screen for me, with only voice and subtitles. No cool CG, just a black screen with white text and an old man talking. Cool for dramatic effect but I'd like to 'see' the movie.

Updated graphic drivers, still nothing. I can play the dat files right out of the movie folder and watch the movies that way, but again, not ideal.

This was an issue with Windows 7 as far as I remember, a post was made and an update fixed it. Make sure you have installed all of the Windows Updates and hopefully that will help.

Does it say 3102 or 90000?
