With the reduction of party sizes to 8 (which I feel is the right and good move!), please please PLEASE don't forget to include an alliance option to join parties together for larger functions.
This is a critical function of NM hunting, and large scale PvE content. To not add an alliance system would seriously be dropping the ball.
I agree. I like the alliance structure. I know people gripe about needed 16 people to stuff, but getting 16 people together for a piece of gear that is awesome would be worth it. They're would need to be lotting adjustments and balance to how often you can do these things but will come if they implement it. Taking down Ifrit with 16 people would be cool.
I'm certain 16/16 alliances will be included eventually, backed by content to support this. Not having it would be a loss for larger scale fights.
