I logged in this morning at 9am EST, to find that none of my GC deliver missions or Provisioning Missions were reset, as they should have been at 8am EST.
I had previously done 2 days of missions, the finishing yesterday's missions at about 10pm EST, before the emergency maintenance on NA worlds.
