I bought the pre-order digital download from the square enix store. When I look up my order it says "Processing serial number or unlock code." and then gives me instructions on how to get registered for early access, but it all requires an unlock code/serial#. I checked my email and there definitely isn't any type of email from them on my order....
But, my bank account has been charged for the purchase for sure. Kinda frustrated here, please help. ty :)
