Graphic skill anamation

I may have spelled something wrong, if so im sorry.

in P4, when my archer would fire off skills like "BloodLetter" "Miserys End" and even "Quick Nock" i would see a nice anamation of the skill. for bloodletter and misersyend, i would get some kind of swirling thing, around me. on QuickKnock, i would see anamation all around the mobs in the cone of fire..

but now i dont see ANY.. can someone help me with the setting(s) to re-enable this please...

If i'm not wrong you have changed the effects in the characters section, I can't log in to check it sorry (Ah and also the the correct word is animation)
