Unauthorized to use mount.

I keep getting this message when trying to use my Goobbue mount. I got this mount in 1.0 and was able to use it in beta phase 3 but not phase 4 or early access.

I am also a legacy status player and I have still yet to receive my legacy chocobo via moogle mail box.

im getting this message too with my gobbue and legacy chocobo.
But i didnt finish the main story quest to get the chocobo license in 1.0 maybe thats why

That is correct. Once you get to the point where you're asked to spend 2,000 seals for the chocobo license, you will have access to your mounts.
