Unable to scroll thru quest dialogue with gamepad, when accepting or opening a quest from the journal. Only way I can do this is with mouse.
NVM, false alarm. I figured this out. Sorry if I inconvenienced anyone. It's the right joystick, in case anyone else was having problems figuring this out.
