Request Melding

Someone knows how can I ask to someone to meld an item?
I remember that i saw it on a live letter, but i can't fin it anywhere!

i think if you bring up the subcommand on the item it should list request meld. I could be wrong as im at work and not on the game but i think thats how its done.

That doesnt help or answer the question. I've been wondering this too, it is not in sub menu. Is it not in game yet?

If you have already completed the quest(s), open up the Action & Traits menu. It will be under 'General'. Materia Assimilating and Materia Melding.

The help pop up in game says you right click the person and request meld off that menu.
