Samanthas Cave Quest

Does anyone know where i get the quest for the 1st Dungeon in Limsa Lominsa ?
I currently have the Main Quest which sends me to Gridania and Uldah for the 1st Time

After traveling to the cities, you should be sent back to LL for the start of the dungeons.
