Does anyone know if we can login and dl today or do we have to wait until tomorrow?

That would be the earliest I could imagine, and yes 1h 15m from now... It could very well be as late as midnight 8-27 PST (when people can start redeeming their registrations). In other words, it could be anywhere from 1h 15m to 23h 15m... Sorry :(
