Profile "Portrait" does not update

Details:
Edit: My portrait finally updated, either it took 3 days or something very specific triggered it in the past 2hours.
The portrait on character profiles never seems to update. Mine is still showing me in Hyurian gear from when the site opened. The moment I logged in on Saturday I switched to WAR AF and I have not changed gear since and it has not updated.
